Return & Refund Policy – AkroAqua Dispensers

At AkroAqua, your satisfaction and safety are our top priority. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

🧊 Dispenser Rentals

• Trial Period: Customers may cancel the dispenser rental within 7 days of delivery if the unit is unused and in original condition. A full refund will be processed once the dispenser is returned.

• Damage or Malfunction: If the dispenser is faulty or stops working due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace it at no cost within the rental period.

• Customer Damage: Damages caused by misuse or neglect may result in repair or replacement costs charged to the renter.

💧 Water Bottles

• Returns: We do not accept returns on opened or used water bottles for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Bottle Deposits: A refundable bottle deposit may be required for each 20L bottle. Please return empty bottles to receive your deposit back.

• Refill Errors: If there is an issue with your water refill (e.g., wrong quantity or suspected contamination), please notify us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

🚚 Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled without penalty if done at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Policy – AkroAqua Dispensers

At AkroAqua, we deliver clean, spring water and rental dispensers straight to your doorstep—on time, every time.

📍 Delivery Area

We currently deliver to:

• Pretoria East, West, North, and Central

• Selected surrounding areas (please inquire to confirm)

🚚 Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM – 5 PM

• Customers will receive a delivery confirmation call or message a day in advance

💧 Water Delivery

• Free delivery for all bulk orders of 20 bottles or more

• For smaller orders, a small delivery fee may apply depending on location (typically R30–R60)

• Refills can be requested via phone or WhatsApp and are delivered within 2–3 working days

🧊 Dispenser Delivery & Setup

• Your floor-standing dispenser will be delivered and installed by our team, usually within 2 business days of confirming rental.

• Basic usage instructions and contact info for support will be provided.

🚫 Missed Deliveries

• If no one is available to receive your order, a re-delivery charge may apply.
